Senior Project Manager Interactive Learning

The Senior Project Manager will coordinate a team of artists programmers and videographers in the support of evidence-based services with school and community partners and aligned to project outcomes. The incumbent will oversee project management evaluation services employee recruitment and development technical communications with project stakeholders and the development of high-quality services and resources in support of project deliverables. This professional will facilitate the ongoing development of each of the coordinators and their teams to realize their full professional potential.

Essential Job Duties & Functions

Project Management

The incumbent will manage the day-to-day responsibilities of grant-defined projects and develop long range strategic planning for Micro-credentialing learning modules Game-based learning Augmented Reality experiences and Teachers professional learning.

• Develops implements and refines performance improvement methodology and project management methodology .
• Monitors project timelines to ensure resources are available and applied appropriately to achieve desired performance goals in a timely manner.

Communications

The incumbent will maintain effective internal and external communication regarding grant-supported services while providing timely information regarding the progress of initiatives by :

The incumbent will ensure the project has the staff infrastructure and resources required to implement the sponsored research goals effectively and efficiently by :

Required Education and Experience : Bachelors degree in Management Business Administration Healthcare or related field AND :

72 months of project management experience which includes 36 months management or leadership experience.

Equivalency / Substitution : Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelors degree for a total of 120 months of related experience.

The incumbent will provide services to 28 cohort schools throughout Oklahoma and may be expected to travel to school site with occasional overnight stays.

Departmental Preferences :

Masters degree in an education-related field.

5 or more years of teaching in a secondary classroom.

5 or more years of experience as a building leader team leader department chair or curriculum coordinator.

5 or more years of media (video motion graphics game-based learning scenarios) production experience
