Location : Ford Ice Center- Bellevue

Ford Ice Center at Bellevue is seeking an organized and energetic professional to delight our customers. This hourly part-time role is great for anyone who is interested in Business Operations and would like to learn about customer service in the sports industry.

Major Responsibilities / Activities :

• Serve as first point of contact for visitors.
• Help guests with payments and registration for rink programming.
• Check in guests for programming and assist with skate rental and return.
• Responsible for enforcing ice skating rules and safety procedures during public session.
• Operate Point of Sale system.
• Assist with hosting birthday parties at the facility.
• Perform general closing responsibilities.
• Assist in maintaining general cleanliness of the facility.
• Perform upkeep items on checklist throughout the day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
