A federally qualified health center in Northwest Boston is adding a family medicine physician. We serve low-income, underinsured, uninsured, publicly housed, and homeless patients.

About the Opportunity :

  • 36 clinical hours. No weekends
  • Call every 6 weeks
  • Federally qualified health center with 5 locations
  • Each site has a team that includes Physicians, MAs, Nurses, and PA / NPs
  • EPIC EMR
  • The average daily patient census is 18-22
  • The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with some flexibility
  • Market rate salary plus productivity and quality bonuses
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
  • Employer contribution 401k retirement

Location / Community :

  • Located 25 miles from Worcester, 1 hour to Boston, and an easy drive to the border of southern New Hampshire
  • Population of 41,000 people
  • Hiking trails, public park, wildlife sanctuary, and art museum
