Key Responsibilities
Resolve post-sales customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, focusing on level two support
Handle open service requests, implement fixes, and document cases for escalation
Educate new customers on product compatibility, configuration, and support entitlements
Required Qualifications
0 to 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Familiarity with SQL for writing scripts and troubleshooting
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with one day a week in the office
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
No security clearance required for this position
