This is a job opportunity for Associate Attorney with mid-sized top tier Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm in Sacramento. This is a tailor made position with a modern and flexible firm; job duties are dependent on your experience- candidate can take on cases A-Z or support more senior attorneys with their caseload.

What you will be doing :

Position tailored toward pre-litigation / law and motion, discovery, AND / OR litigation based on your skillset and interests

Practice areas include : plaintiff personal injury, wrongful death and premises liability

What you must have :

Prior plaintiff side civil litigation experience required

Team mentality to secure best outcome for clients required

Bilingual is a plus (English / Spanish)

Salary / Rate Range : $125,000 - $155,000

Other Information : Benefits

Base salary up to $155k + tailor made bonus structure; direct hire opportunity

100% medical coverage by firm

401k match- 3%

10 days+ PTO

Sick time- 40 hours

This is largely an onsite position, however hybrid flexibility is available dependent upon level of experience to run autonomously with plaintiff personal injury matters
