We are looking for entry-level representatives to connect with members, explain their permanent benefit options, and provide ongoing service and support. Key responsibilities include :

• Engage with members virtually through Zoom and phone calls to explain benefit programs
• Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and performance standards
• Answer questions, address concerns, and provide consistent follow-up service
• Accurately complete documentation and maintain client records to company standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and client experiences
