The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead and independently manage cross-functional projects focused on technical systems and system integrations. This role is critical in aligning business needs with technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration across platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a hands-on executor with a deep understanding of enterprise systems and integration of best practices.
In This Role
Program Leadership :
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs involving multiple systems and stakeholders
- Support development and use of consistent project management tools and systems
- Promote the development and implementation of technology roadmaps and strategies
Scopes :
Lead initiatives and projects to integrate and optimize systems across procurement, sales, order management, finance, accounting, warehouse management, reporting, and othersManage system roadmap oversight for key systems and partner across technical and business teams to deliver improvements and functionalityStakeholder Management :
Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to define requirements, scope, and success metricsDevelop frameworks for decision making and vets recommendations with senior leadership and key stakeholdersCommunicate program status, risks, and progress to various stakeholders including leadership.Project Execution :
Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines and resources effectively, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryEstablish and execute a comprehensive communication plan to manage communications among various stakeholders within the organizationCoordinate and scope projects between multiple teams to align team objectivesDevelop and maintain playbooks, plans, policies, and procedures for all project phasesCollect and analyze data to inform decision-making and track program performanceResolve project related issues that may impact service quality; ensuring that stakeholders' questions and problems are resolved properly and quicklyTechnical Oversight :
Partner with engineering and IT teams to ensure architectural alignment, data integrity, and system scalabilityCapture upstream and downstream technical impact and determine technical scope and ownership for delivery (e.g. licensing, versions, compatibility)Access functionality and code testing for technical accuracy by relying on QA, to ensure product meets the business requirementsWork in tandem with development teams to ensure that the visual and interactive elements of a product are seamless and user-friendlyImplement Agile methodologies, practices and tools to support the management of development cyclesEnhance team collaboration to deliver high-quality products within tight deadlinesChange Management :
Drive adoption of new systems and processes through effective communication, training, and supportDevelop and maintain consistent policies and procedures pre, during, and post implementationContinuous Improvement :

The Ideal Person
10+ years of experience in technical program or project managementBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, related field or equivalent experienceProven track record of managing system integration projects across ERP, CRM, WMS, and other business platformsUnderstanding of business processes in B2B environments, especially in distribution or retail environmentsExperience with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and / or similar platformsExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to earn trust at all levels of the organizationAbout Four Hands
