Work You'll Do / Responsibilities

Join our AI and Systems Co-Design team, pioneering high-performance software and hardware technologies for AI and next-generation consumer devices. As a consultant, you'll help design, build, and optimize foundational tools and applications that power cutting-edge AI platforms and smart devices. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, tackle large-scale technical challenges, and deliver innovative solutions with global impact.

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable software for AI platforms and consumer devices.
• Integrate and automate load, stress, and real-user scenario testing into the development and production lifecycle.
• Analyze, monitor, and address performance, reliability, and scalability challenges in complex systems.
• Collaborate with engineers working on custom hardware, embedded systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Apply advanced profiling, benchmarking, and system optimization techniques.
• Contribute to solution architecture, API design, security, and system integration.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,400 -$141,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
