A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer - Issues Management.
Key Responsibilities
Leads analysis of laws and internal processes to ensure regulatory compliance and develops necessary policies
Acts as a liaison during compliance examinations and resolves complex issues while recommending operational improvements
Prepares management reports on compliance reviews and maintains knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or related fields, or a High School Diploma / GED with 12 years of experience
Experience with Issues Management and Issues Validation Readiness
Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders within the organization
Preferred certifications include CAMS, CAFP, CRCM, or CIPP
