We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing medical team and support our mission of delivering exceptional care across both urgent and primary care services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct patient assessments, histories, and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications within NP scope of practice .
• Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow clinical protocols.
