Mortgage Sales Recruiter

A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with executives and hiring managers to recruit top talent for Loan Officers and Branch Managers

Develop action plans for growth in target markets and meet hiring goals

Maintain candidate relationships and provide weekly updates to leadership on recruitment progress

Required Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience as a mortgage sales recruiter

Previous experience in a loan originator or mortgage production environment is preferred

Experience in recruiting for retail mortgage loan originators or sales call centers

Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM for reporting

Ability to cultivate and maintain ongoing contact with a referral base
