Scout and assess new developments using local insights and direct outreach. Collaborate with builders to secure joint trench participation and align construction efforts. Represent our client at meetings and site visits, advocating for joint trenching initiatives. Act as the main point of contact between external partners and internal teams. Track development opportunities, timelines, and key contacts in a centralized system. 3+ years in land development, telecom, utilities, or construction coordination. Strong knowledge of fiber deployment and joint trenching practices. Experience working with residential developers and builders. Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
