A company is looking for a Client Service Analyst who will analyze electronic client files to ensure accuracy in enrollments, terminations, and system data.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and post electronic client files, including imports and exports, while following processing procedures
Respond to call center escalations and manage client service questions and issues
Communicate with insurance carriers to maintain eligibility and document client processing procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in Health and Wellness Benefit Administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
