Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role drives operational excellence by managing daily plant activities, meeting production goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Plant Manager collaborates cross-functionally to meet customer delivery requirements, maintain budgetary targets, and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all plant operations to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives.
Develop and implement processes that maximize productivity, reduce costs, and improve throughput.
Monitor operational performance using key metrics; take corrective actions to ensure efficiency and goal attainment.
Ensure compliance with customer delivery schedules and quality standards.
Manage staffing levels and departmental budgets in alignment with the annual business plan.
Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture that encourages creative problem-solving and accountability.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including succession planning for the Plant Manager role.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the plant.
Compensation and Benefits
$160k - $190k base salary (DOE)

Who you are
Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar discipline required
5+ years of manufacturing operations / value stream management experience
Experience in machining / industrial manufacturing
Proven leadership track record in manufacturing
