Position Title : Employment Associate Attorney

Salary Range : $225,000 - $445,000

About the Opportunity

Advises on employment aspects of private equity and M&A transactions. Drafts and negotiates employment agreements, offer letters, separation agreements, and restrictive covenants. Participates in due diligence, transaction negotiations, and employment dispute analysis.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 3–6 years experience handling employment aspects of PE or M&A deals
• J.D. degree, admission to Massachusetts or Illinois Bar
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills
