Quality Assurance Supervisor
Ownership of certification planning and assuring compliance with quality policies and procedures. Partners with cross functional leaders to audit internal processes and coordinate with certification clerks and ID inspectors to maintain quality standards. Plans activities concerned with application and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products by performing the following duties.

Manages 5 to 10 Quality Analyst(s), and / or Quality Technician(s). Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these individuals. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; five years' experience in the aviation, space and / or defense industry for quality planning, product certification, first article evaluation. Training in the forging industry is desired; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience as a quality specialist in certifications desired.
