Job Description:
About the role you will:
- Carry out day-to-day operational and technical support for network services. (Queries from Labs End user team members ticket execution via Freshworks etc)
- Maintain updated schematic diagrams for infrastructure and low-level architecture design diagram
- Maintain updated inventory of network devices
- Monitoring network performance system availability and reliability
- Installing and configuring network hardware such as Wireless AP Switches Phones Routers across site Labs Office and Data Center
Participate in network implementation projects if required About Individual:
- We are looking for candidates who are passionate and knowledgeable about IT networking
- Good analytical skills especially in incident and problem management
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and communication skills
- Positive attitude possesses keen sense of urgency and is a clear-thinker able to perform in high-pressure situations.
- Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.
Required Technical Skills:
- Knowledge and experience working with Cisco andor Juniper network equipment
- Familiarity with basic switching and routing such as VLAN VXLAN STP VPC HSRP NAT IPSec MPLS OSPF BGP EIGRP
- Familiarity with IP communication and routing (OSPF EIGRP BGP)
- Familiarity with LAN / WAN / WIFI/ Structured Cabling and network equipment such as firewalls switches routers wireless controller load balancer Infoblox
- Knowledge in network monitoring tools automation packet-level analysis of application and network protocols.
Your Experience Includes:
- Skills in network protocols and technologies familiarity with network security principles and experience with networking equipment are highly valued.
- Have a background or study in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
