Setting : Hospital-Based, Inpatient Neurology

Schedule : 12 shifts per month

Assignment Type : Locum | Locum-to-Perm | Permanent

Position Overview :

Join a collaborative inpatient Neurology team in Ohio, providing acute care to adult patients in a hospital setting. This role includes stroke response participation and collaboration with physicians and APPs in a well-equipped, supportive environment.

Job Highlights :

100% Inpatient Hospital-Based Neurology

Patient Demographics : Adults only

Daily Patient Volume : 10-15 per shift

Trauma Exposure : ~10%

On-site Lab & X-ray Facilities

EMR : Epic CarePath

Team Composition :

1 Neurologist onsite per shift (3 in total)

2 Advanced Practice Providers in the group

Required Duties & Procedures :

Respond to Code Stroke calls

Interpret Radiologic Exams (Unofficial)

Collaborate in acute care neurological cases

Document using Epic system

Requirements

Board Certified PA or NP

ACLS Certification

Ohio State License - Highly preferred (or willingness to obtain)

ENLS Certification - Highly preferred
