ANNOUNCING ANOTHER BETTER BUZZ COFFEE LOCATION!

BETTER BUZZ COFFEE is opening soon in the SANTA ANA area!

We are excited to create some new BUZZ brand fans in the neighborhood!

Better Buzz Coffee is seeking Baristas to help us in our BRAND NEW LOCATION which we expect will open in late December :

    • Compensation :

    Base pay is $17.00hour.

  • In addition to base pay our team members also receive tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour. Although tips can vary and are not guaranteed our amazing customers regularly reward our team with generous gratuities for the great service and Buzz Life energy we bring every day. Actual amounts may differ based on location hours worked quality of service and customer discretion. Average tips reflect 2024 reporting.

    Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast friendly and genuine service
  • Be knowledgeable about our coffee tea food and specialty drinks
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
  • Work all café positions our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable including working in our kitchens to make food to order
  • Keep our space clean safe always ready for guests and teammates

    • Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entiretyof our business :

  • Cashier - Point of Sale
  • Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking
  • Working the Drive-Thru (if drive-thru)
  • Supporting Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders
  • Back of House - Cooking & Prepping

    • Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in coffee food service or hospitality preferred
  • Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
  • Strong communicator with a positive solution-oriented attitude
  • Reliable punctual and available for nights weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
