The Oceaneering Ocean Technologies (OTECH) group is seeking a Logistics Support Manager to oversee the acquisition activities of the Logistics Support Analysts (LSAs) in support of OTECH program execution. The Logistics Support Manager communicates and coordinates team efforts for product support activities within OTECH with Program Managers as well as all OTECH functional groups (i.e. Manufacturing, QA, Purchasing, etc.).

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage the Integrate Product Support (IPS) elements related to the execution of LSA acquisition activities for OTECH programs to include : Supply Support, Maintenance Planning and Management, Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T), Support Equipment.
• Identify, plan for, resource, and implement management actions to acquire repair parts, spares, and all classes of supply to ensure the best equipment / capability is available in support of OTECH program execution.
• Participate in technical program reviews as needed.
• Interface with internal and external customers on IPS activities.
• Provide sound, independent and seasoned judgement that follows company policies and procedures in meeting OTECH obligations.
• Support and instill a safety culture within the team that is in compliance with Oceaneering's Life Safety Rules and HSE program.
• Plan, organize and manage the work of stakeholders to ensure work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organization requirements.
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and management of Oceaneering standards.
• Ensure Contract and Divisional procedural requirements are addressed.

Qualifications

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.

Annualized pay rate for this position is $93,500 to $126,500.
