We offer enticing sign-on bonuses for eligible full-time positions : $7,500 for Direct Care Respiratory Therapists with one year of experience, and $5,000 for those with less than a year. Note : Employees hired prior to June 2016 may have alternative credentialing.

New hires from June 2016 onwards must pass the Therapist Multiple Choice Exam and complete the Clinical Simulation Exam within six months of graduation. Failure to pass may lead to termination from Prisma Health.

For those working in the Children's Hospital, NRP and PALS certifications are required before independently working in the NICU and PICU.
