Description We are looking for a dedicated General Office Clerk to join our team in North Miami Beach, Florida. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by handling various administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities :

• Welcome and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
• Organize, sort, and file documents, records, and correspondence accurately.
• Update and maintain office databases, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
• Perform data entry tasks and assist in preparing reports as needed.
• Manage the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Monitor office supply levels and coordinate orders to ensure inventory is well-stocked.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to provide support across various departments.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and filing.
• Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Requirements - Proficiency in scanning and organizing documents efficiently.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in providing back-office support in a detail-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage and maintain organized filing systems.
• Knowledge of basic administrative tasks, including mail handling and supply management.
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
