A skilled multitasker with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude. You don't wait to be told what to do—you figure it out. Comfortable tackling unfamiliar challenges independently. Excited (not intimidated) by ambitious, crazy projects. Humble, collaborative, and genuinely great to work with. Solid network of production contacts. Background or skills in directing, gripping, or cinematography. Work with an awesome group of talented, passionate people who actually enjoy what they do. About Us :
Airrack is a tight-knit team that pulls off ambitious, innovative YouTube videos that get millions of views. We’re creative, gritty, and passionate about making content no one else dares to. The Role :
We're looking for an experienced Producer who’s excited by the chaos of digital content—someone comfortable juggling multiple projects at once (from fast-turnaround videos to long-term multi-segment productions). You'll proactively anticipate what the team needs, find clever workarounds under tight timelines and budgets, and thrive on making seemingly impossible ideas happen.
Requirements
What You’ll Actually Do :
- Lead multiple Airrack videos at once, balancing fast-paced shoots and ongoing background productions.
- Anticipate everything—proactively solving production challenges and finding creative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with our team, pitching and refining ideas, ensuring everything aligns with Airrack’s creative style, budgets, and production timelines.
- Take pride in figuring out ambitious ideas under tight constraints, communicating transparently, and constantly learning / improving.
- Travel frequently, creating genuinely exciting videos millions actually watch.
