What youll accomplish with us

As a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer youll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities :

Maintain and support our z / VSE operating system and subsystems (CICS POWER VTAM etc.)

Manage and support third-party products (EPIC BIM-EDIT FAQS / PCS etc.)

Troubleshoot system-level issues and performance bottlenecks

Support our Lifecomm policy administration system at the infrastructure level

Write and maintain system utilities and exits in HLASM

Handle system IPLs patches and upgrades

Perform capacity planning and system tuning

Collaborate with vendor support when needed

Document systems and procedures

Respond to compliance and security requests

Were looking for someone who :

Holds a bachelors degree in information technology computer science or a related field

Has 10 years of experience in IT including 5 years supporting mainframe environments

Is known for their ability to diagnose and resolve complex system problems

Stands out for their strong Assembler programming skills

Demonstrates expertise with z / VSE subsystems (CICS POWER VTAM)

Is recognized for their attention to detail and critical thinking

The typical hiring range for this position starts at 105000.00 USD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge skills years of experience and internal equity related to the role. At iA we are committed to offering a fair equitable and market-based compensation structure. Our market data is updated annually to reflect the most current market conditions.
