Reads tickets and makes all Guest orders correctly.
Operate all machinery in accordance with Marcos safety requirements and all applicable state and federal laws (by law, employees under the age of 18 cannot operate or clean certain machinery).
Follows Marcos procedures for preparing dough, sauce, and toppings, and correctly making all Marcos products.
Maintains supply of toppings and supplies on the makeline and the cut table.
Maintains cleanliness of the store.
Monitors the ovens and the baking process.
Removes all products from the oven, cuts, and packages correctly and quickly.
Identifies finished products and matches them to order slips.
Performs final quality and accuracy check of all orders.
Ensures box-top flyers are applied when available.
Recognizes and reacts to inferior products from the supplier.
Works with Drivers and Manager to ensure efficient routing of deliveries.
Communicates frequently with management and other employees.
