Position : Recruiter

Working Schedule : 12pm-9pm PST (Flexible scheduling with some PST overlap.)

Salary Range : $6250-$8300 Monthly base with high comms earning potential up to 50% of your salary (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Role Description :

We are seeking a strong and motivated Recruiter to work directly with exceptional candidates. This role will give you the opportunity to engage with top talent and leading start-ups in the AI space. You will :

• Communicate with top talent via email phone and video calls.
• Understand candidates skills experiences and career goals to match them with the perfect opportunities in our network.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies in our network to understand their hiring needs.

You will primarily focus on software engineers and GTM (Go-to-Market) talent in the US. As part of our early-stage team you will work closely with the founders and gain hands-on experience in building and scaling an AI start-up.
