Java Quality Assurance Lead

A company is looking for a Java AI Data Training Tech Quality Lead (US-only).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular code quality reviews of Java solutions and provide constructive feedback

Perform technical evaluations focusing on algorithmic soundness and project guidelines

Create and maintain documentation, including coding guidelines and training resources

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

7+ years of professional Java experience with expertise in code quality and maintainability

Previous experience with LLM training, AI data annotation, or QA roles is preferred

C1-level English proficiency for documentation and communication

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate approaches and identify root causes
