Business Analyst Manager

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Manager to lead a team in analyzing business problems and developing technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit requirements through collaborative sessions with customers and stakeholders

Direct and coordinate business analysis activities throughout project phases and manage a team of 5-8 employees

Oversee and report business analysis metrics during implementation and operations phases

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or bachelor's degree with 10+ years of business analysis or related experience; equivalent experience considered

Minimum 5+ years of experience in large complex projects with domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and / or healthcare

Minimum 3+ years of team leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring

Strong knowledge in Healthcare Information Systems related to Provider Enrollment and Claims processing

Experience leading and mentoring teams in customer-facing requirements and design sessions
