Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in finance and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts by providing relevant financial insights.
  • Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results with budgeted figures and identifying variances.
  • Utilize financial software to track expenses, revenues, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial information for analysis.
  • Support senior analysts in preparing presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends that may impact the organization’s financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial software is a plus; proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
