Growth & Enrolment Coordinator

A company is looking for a Growth & Enrolment Coordinator to support its operations in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Handle parent enquiries and manage leads through various communication channels

Coordinate trial and regular class slots, ensuring smooth operations and communication with teachers

Maintain tracking systems for leads, trials, and enrolments, providing regular updates to the Regional Director

Required Qualifications

Based in Indonesia

Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken)

Experience in enrolment, admissions, sales, or customer service

Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)

Strong sense of ownership and follow-through on tasks
