Of Counsel / Partner - General Liability

Prominent firm with a national practice is expanding and seeking a Senior Attorney with a minimum of 8+ years of experience for their growing Philadelphia office to join as Counsel or Partner. A modest book of business is required for the Partner role.

Ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas :

General Liability, Construction Litigation, Tort, Transportation, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Product Liability, Toxic Tort, Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice, Auto, Employment Litigation, Insurance Defense.

Qualifications :

• 6+ years of litigation experience ideally in General Liability / Insurance Defense
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in PA
• Trial and / or trial prep experience
• Juris Doctorate
