Field Service Engineer

A company is looking for a Field Service Engineer in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for installations and conduct user training and demonstrations of products

Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues both on-site and remotely

Develop service programs and provide technical advice to customers and internal teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in biomedical engineering or as a field service engineer

Knowledge of local standards applicable to medical devices

Basic knowledge of IT systems and networks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
