Our Service Experience Associates assist with service department processes to ensure an elevated client experience. The SEA will be trained to complete necessary tasks involved throughout the service experience to ultimately improve overall communication and experience for our clients.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License) Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
