Position Overview

The Senior IT Project Manager drives large-scale technology initiatives across multi-agency and enterprise environments. This position ensures alignment with mission, governance, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-phase IT projects with Agile / Waterfall integration.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and vendor coordination.
  • Define PMO standards and ensure federal compliance (FAR, NIST).
  • Provide executive reporting and risk management oversight.
  • Mentor project teams and support portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of IT project / program management experience.
  • Proven track record in leading federal or enterprise-scale projects.
  • Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

    • Certifications and Education

  • PMP or PgMP certification required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or Management.

    • Security Clearance

  • Active Public Trust or higher.
