We are actively seeking a Maintenance Supervisor . In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership of your team of 6-10 maintenance staff, to ensure we are keeping the plant running effectively and efficiently. Your team will be responsible for minimizing production downtime, and fixing facility issues.

Location : Pittsburgh, PA

Shift : 2nd Shift; 3pm-11pm, Must be able to work additional shifts / schedules as needed

Willing to pay premium for off shift.

What you’ll do :

• Maintaining the safe operation of all equipment and building infrastructure
• Ensuring equipment is maintained to comply with all environmental and health and safety requirements
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NFPA-70E (Arc Flash) for all maintenance activities for your crew
• Assist in the hiring of maintenance personnel
• Assist with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions
• Implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness and accompanying 6S levels
• Track, analyze and improve key maintenance performances indices including asset utilization, up time, PM compliance, etc.
• Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems
• Communicate regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication for maintenance issues
• Develop and maintain a working relationship with all departments and management ensuring an ongoing connection with production teams; coordinate directly with the operations department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in production areas
