Description : This position provides administrative backup to the Assisting Hands Greater Murray office on an ongoing basis. It will also help set up the Company’s documentation and administrative-related processes.
Education : Associate Degree preferred
Qualifications :
Have strong knowledge of Google Suite tools
Experience in office and human resources administration a plus
Reports to : Agency Director
Primary Duties :
Ensures consistency, standardization and user-friendliness in overall documentation
Helps Agency Director with hiring and onboarding processes and documentation
Ensures that Company information is appropriately stored
Assists in following up with candidates interviews and onboarding
Responds to phone when needed
Helps with keeping Client files up to date and organized
Helps set up Assisting Hands Greater Murray CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Enter referral sources and leads into CRM
Other administrative tasks as may arise

Hours : Part-time, expected 20 hours a week.
