QC Documentation Specialist

The Natural Color expansion is here!! Sensient is growing rapidly and adding scientific staff. We are seeking a QC Documentation Specialist (Day Shift M-F) to join our team. The QC Documentation Specialist will be responsible to processing Raw Material documentation in addition to supporting the Regulatory, Sales, and Customer Operations with customer requests. They will also work with other Quality teams in support of continuous quality improvement across all QC Labs.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to internal and external customer questions through our request portals.
• Work in interdepartmental teams to provide the highest level of support for our customers.
• Organize, Maintain, and Audit QC lab testing paperwork.
• Collaborate with team members to support process improvements.
• Process Raw materials documentation and work with Purchasing team to resolve any discrepancies.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent education in a Technical Degree
• 2-years of experience working in quality control or quality assurance
• Experience managing multiple small projects and working with small to mid-size interdepartmental teams.
• Good communication skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Experience working in a customer facing role.
