Sr. Performance Test Engineer

Overview

As a Performance Test Engineer, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer to strengthen the resilience, reliability, and performance of our systems. In this role, you will define monitoring and observability requirements, interpret system health data, and validate fault tolerance through chaos engineering practices. Partnering closely with SRE, development, and infrastructure teams, you will ensure our applications are observable, scalable, and resilient under real-world conditions. A motivated, inquisitive self-starter, you will design and execute experiments that surface vulnerabilities and ensure issues are addressed before they impact production.

Responsibilities

As our Performance Test Engineer, you will :

Performance Monitoring & Observability

• Define observability and performance monitoring requirements in partnership with the SRE team.
• Leverage existing monitoring and APM tools (e.g., Azure AppInsights, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic) to evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Use dashboards, alerts, and metrics from monitoring tools (i.e. AppInsights, SEQ, etc.) to detect bottlenecks, outages, and performance degradations.
• Provide performance trend analysis to support capacity planning and reliability improvements.
• For example : user growth rate, daily active users (DAUs), monthly active users (MAUs), session length
