Key Responsibilities
Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business functions
Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting practices
Required Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in search types
Prior experience at fast-growth startups in product management, product design, or business operations
Successful track record in a high-velocity, output-driven environment
