To assist with our continued growth, we are searching for a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be the face of our premium brand in our community. Respond quickly to new leads (calls, texts, emails, web forms)Follow up with past inquiries and open estimatesPre-qualify customers and gather project details / photosSchedule estimates and jobs for our techniciansMaintain & update the CRM (Housecall Pro)Know your numbers : use existing reporting to analyze lead, estimate and job conversion and identify areas for improvementBuild and maintain existing referral relationships (realtors, property managers, senior-care orgs, etc.)Assist with estimate prep, light proposal writing, and customer communicationMarketing Responsibilities
Manage and update our Google Business Profile (photos, posts, reviews)Request and respond to customer reviewsCreate simple social media content (before / after, project highlights, tips)Help maintain website content (basic edits, service pages, etc.)Plan and execute small local marketing efforts (postcards, yard signs, flyers)Coordinate seasonal promotions and ongoing client communicationsMaintain brand consistency in messaging and materialsWhat Were Looking For
Strong communicator friendly, confident, and clearHighly organized with solid follow-through and time managementComfortable with phone calls and customer interactionFamiliar with social media + basic digital toolsSelf-starter who thrives in a small business environmentAt least 3 years sales or customer service experienceMarketing experience is a bonus, but not requiredExperience in construction, home services, real estate, or property management is helpful but not requiredAbility to work from home without interruption when not out marketingClean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and reliable transportation are required.About TruBlue Home Service Ally :
