Salesforce Developer - Security Cleared

Salary : $80,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements :

• We expect candidates to hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field, or possess equivalent experience. You should have at least 4 years of practical Salesforce development experience, including working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning across complex, enterprise-level projects. Proven experience with Salesforce integrations utilizing REST / SOAP APIs or middleware is crucial. A solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, roles, permission sets, and compliance requirements is essential. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary, along with the capability to collaborate and lead teams in a dynamic environment. Additionally, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship and able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Solution Specialist in our US Delivery Center, you will create tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components. You will design, develop, and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Collaboration will be key as you work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and provide technical advice regarding Salesforce best practices. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining system documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and testing plans. Your duties will include conducting unit and integration testing, supporting user acceptance testing to ensure top-quality deliverables, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations, and staying updated on the latest Salesforce features to assess their relevance to our organization.
