Job Summary
The Program / Project Analyst serves as a key contributor throughout the full project lifecycle, acting as a commodity owner from initial submission through final closure. This role provides advanced analytical support, facilitates meetings, and ensures high-quality review of complex submittals. The position delivers consistent updates, reporting, and project tracking, helping maintain strong operational alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the owner for assigned project commodities from submission through closure.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, identify deliverables, and manage scheduling activities with stakeholders.
- Review complex project submittals (, Rule ) in support of project managers.
- Produce and deliver project updates, reports, and tracking information independently.
- Determine outstanding dependencies and schedule work orders with minimal supervision.
- Participate in customer collaboration, district tactical, and regional grid team meetings.
- Train and mentor project management support staff as a subject matter expert.
- Resolve project conflicts, delays, and errors through collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Conduct data integrity audits of tracking systems, reports, and systems of record.
- Input notes, records, and documentation as required.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of client policies and procedures regarding electrical line construction.
- Support project managers with meeting facilitation, document / submittal review, project scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum years of analytical experience reviewing and interpreting data sets.Minimum years of project coordination / management experience.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including + years of data manipulation and visualization using formulas, Power BI, and similar analytical tools.Minimum years of utility industry experience preferred.Minimum years of experience with database software (Access, SAP, or equivalent).Required Skills
