Responsibilities and Duties - Sales Associate:

• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service
• Identify customer needs and provide helpful information about product features
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following daily routines
• Achieve salon sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Stay informed about our products and services to discuss available options
• Process sales transactions efficiently at the point of sale
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
• Adhere to inventory control procedures
• Exhibit solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintain a friendly, energetic demeanor with a focus on customer service
