Service Logistics Coordinator

Kelly® is seeking a Service Logistics Coordinator for our client in

Redwood City, CA.

The Service Logistics Coordinator is responsible for delivering results by interacting with both Internal and External customers, resolving requests in a timely fashion from quotes, orders, shipments, inventory, returns and services

Pay Rate : $26 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

Interact with internal / external customers, resolving requests for quotes, orders, shipments, inventory, and returns

Support field teams with admin tasks to drive revenue

Prepare daily / weekly reports and manage KPIs

Foster continuous improvement and best practices

Ideal Candidate :

2+ years’ experience in customer service, call center, or service administration

Proficient in MS Office; SFDC and Oracle a plus

Strong communication skills and detail-oriented

This position requires repetitive typing, considerable interaction on the telephone and regular viewing of multiple computer monitors.
