Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Source, interview, and onboard high-quality insurance sales agents.
- Use LinkedIn, AI sourcing tools, and automated drip email campaigns to build candidate pipelines.
- Make outbound calls daily to prospects, conduct screening interviews, and convert candidates into licensed agents.
- Present and sell the Farmers programs and sales career opportunities, while evaluating candidates' sales aptitude.
- Use Microsoft Excel and CRM dashboards to track recruiting metrics, create sales reports and hiring performance.
- Support and coach new agents, holding them accountable to activity and performance standards.
- Potential for advancement to District Manager through leadership training and performance excellence.
Requirement
2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally hiring insurance sales agents or financial services professionals with proven sales background and strong closing and objection-handling skills.Proficiency with LinkedIn, AI sourcing tools, and drip email platforms as well as Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing recruiting dataComfortable with high outbound call activity with strong communication, training, leadership, and organizational skills with the ambition to advance into a District Manager role.Willingness to obtain insurance licenses (P&C and Life & Health- FREE COURSE PROVIDED). Train and mentor new recruits through licensing, onboarding, and early production stages.
