Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Source, interview, and onboard high-quality insurance sales agents.
• Use LinkedIn, AI sourcing tools, and automated drip email campaigns to build candidate pipelines.
• Make outbound calls daily to prospects, conduct screening interviews, and convert candidates into licensed agents.
• Present and sell the Farmers programs and sales career opportunities, while evaluating candidates' sales aptitude.
• Use Microsoft Excel and CRM dashboards to track recruiting metrics, create sales reports and hiring performance.
• Support and coach new agents, holding them accountable to activity and performance standards.
• Potential for advancement to District Manager through leadership training and performance excellence.
