We are seeking a Procurement and Contracts Manager to join our U.S. Minerals and Metals team in Henderson, NV.

As a Procurement and Contracts Manager within our U.S. Minerals and Metals team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable resource development. You will build and lead a procurement team serving our U.S. based projects. We regularly take up the challenge of designing innovative solutions adapted to each client and assisting them at all stages of the life of their mining operation, from exploration to closure. How will you contribute to the team?

• Plan, organize, supervise, and manage all procurement activities across the project, overseeing and coordinating all procurement disciplines (subcontracts, purchasing, material control, expediting, and logistics).
• Define procurement strategies and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, project controls, commercial, and construction teams to define, plan, and schedule procurement requirements and deliverables.
• Participate in key management meetingsinternal and externalto present procurement performance, risks, and progress updates.
• In collaboration with the functional procurement team, develop and implement project-specific forms, templates, workflows, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings, risk reduction, and timely delivery of goods and services.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration (MBA preferred), Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Contract Administration (or a closely related field).
• 15+ years of progressive procurement, supply chain, or commercial management experience within engineering, construction, or EPC environments.
• Proven delivery of large-scale projects with direct site involvement; experience leading multidisciplinary procurement for Mining & Metals across both large- and small-scale projects.
• Track record developing and managing procurement teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Highly analytical, self-motivated, and results-oriented with excellent communication skills.
