Finance Supervisor

Based on company growth, our company is hiring a Finance Supervisor! The Supervisor will be responsible for accounting and financial reporting, while overseeing our finance team operating out of the Congers, NY headquarters. This is a full-time role with the opportunity for long-term career development and advancement (we've been around for 50 years!)

Upon completion of training, this role will provide hybrid flexibility, offering 2 work-from-home days, and 3 days at our Congers, HQ.

The Finance Supervisor candidate is meticulous in organization, ensuring timeliness and precision throughout their day-to-day functions.

This includes :

• Preparation of all monthly financial reporting.
• Leading the month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes & reconciliation of accounts.
• Providing assistance for payroll processing, as needed.
• Working closely with the Director of Finance to coordinate internal and external audits.
• Effectively oversee the Finance team, including Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable processes.
