A company is looking for a CLM Business Analyst to contribute to contract lifecycle management implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and validate business requirements for CLM projects
Analyze current-state contract lifecycle processes and collaborate on designing future-state processes
Configure CLM systems, support testing phases, and develop training materials for user adoption
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with CLM or related software
Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system
Proficiency in process mapping and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
