Current California licensure as an LCSW or Psychologist , or registration as ASW / AMFT (supervision provided). Minimum one year of clinical experience. Familiarity with DSM-5 and evidence-based treatment approaches. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (OCHIN Epic preferred). Background in integrated or community health care. Training in trauma-informed care. Spanish language fluency is a plus.

Employment Type : Full-Time
Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Salary Range : $100,000 – $120,000 per year | Full Benefits | W2
Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our integrated primary care team in Oakland. The therapist will provide short-term (10–12 sessions), solution-focused therapy to adults with mild to moderate mental health concerns. This role collaborates closely with medical providers to support coordinated, whole-person care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based therapy such as CBT, behavioral activation, and problem-solving therapy.
- Collaborate with primary care teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Screen adults and older adults for behavioral health needs, trauma, and substance use.
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups and make appropriate referrals.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination activities.
