Customer Operations Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist our Inside Sales and Customer Service teams. This role will provide hands-on experience in sales operations data analytics and customer support processes. The intern will play a key role in managing the sales funnel maintaining reporting tools and supporting various operational tasks that drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Funnel Management :

Assist in tracking and updating leads opportunities and pipeline stages.

Utilize dashboards for sales and customer service performance.

Support inventory tracking and reconciliation of consignment stock.

Coordinate sample requests and help maintain sample inventory records.

Monitor and update PCN logs.
